About who needs care: She has dementia and requires alot of prompting to do daily tasks, ideal candidate will keep heavy focus on keeping good hygiene and providing nutritionally balanced meals, encouraging eating and drinking and making sure medications are taken on time. She does sometimes becomes frustrated and defiant if asked to do a task. gets around good and requires only light assistance to dress, shower, etc. About the care needs: Strong personality to deal with defiance and aggression. Would be good to have some experience with dementia patients. Someone outdoorsy or has some knowledge of outdoor activities would be a good fit. Family has background in farming/ranching, hunting/fishing etc. but not necessary. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
