My mom has a really bad knee and dementia. She's in a lot of pain can't hardly walk. Just feeding and showers and get dressed She needs help with toilet. she needs to be followed to and from bathroom trips. Basic cleaning does a load of laundry maybe. Feed meals very easy. Maybe an appt now and then. Mom is 87 years old and sits most of the day we try and get her up but she cries in pain do to knee but they won't operate on it. I have one caregiver days and swap if something come up. I pay 320 cash for a 24.
