1-Wkend Per Month Respite Care Needed In Chico

We are in need of some respite care for my mom caring for my sister who is a TBI (traumatic brain injury) survivor. She is 59 and was in an accident when she was 18. She has very limited mobility and needs help with most all personal care. She can use her right hand and arm some and can pull herself to standing with some assistance, but that is about the extent of her mobility. We have a "people dolly" that makes transfers easy. She has normal cognitive understanding, but can not always get her words out and struggles with memory. She can get fixated on things similar to a alzheimer's symptoms. She is generally joyful, sweet and kind. We would ideally like someone one weekend a month from Friday evening through Sunday noon, but can discuss with you your availability.
