Companion Care Needed For My Grandmother In Chatsworth

About who needs care: Hi, I am looking for a part-time support person for my grandma. She has COPD and she is becoming more out of breath and weak so household tasks are a fall risk and too much effort for her these days. I currently do most of the support for her, but will be moving soon and need to find someone who is patient and kind to take over in supporting her on a weekly basis. Thanks. About the care needs: My grandma is a loving, kind woman with a great sense of humor. She is a bit grumpy and tentative with new people, but she will warm up. Losing the ability to do t things for herself is tough but having someone who can support her and help her keep her dignity would be the most important. She has a smaller dog who is super sweet and could use a walk for 10-15 minutes during each visit. She lives in a neighborhood with paths that are away from the street so its safe and nice to take a stroll. I would like someone who has some medical knowledge and can be aware of her condition, if possible. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
