About who needs care: Len has mild early Alzheimer's disease. He has difficulty with his short term memory, but can do his ADLs. About the care needs: We're looking for someone with experience with elderly people who have memory issues/Alzheimers. Len is mild mannered, and has never been violent. I just need some time away to decompress at least twice a week. Taking care of him every day can be exhausting. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
