Hands-on Care Needed For My Parents In Carlsbad

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 90s and mother in her 80s. Medication management is required. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing assistance with mobility from recent hip replacement for my mother, companionship and social interaction for both. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
