Full Time - Home Care For Mother With ALS - Canyon Country

We need a compassionate and physically capable caregiver for my mother (70), who has ALS. She has no cognitive decline but has significant physical limitations in her legs, arms, and hands so requires full assistance with mobility, eating, toileting, hygiene. Responsibilities include: Assist with mobility (sit-to-stand, transfers) Hands-on help with hygiene (bathing, toileting, oral care) Prepare and feed meals Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, cleaning) Shopping for groceries and household supplies Transport for errands, appointments What We're Looking For: Experience with ALS, or neuromuscular conditions Strong enough to assist with standing and transfers A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative Compassionate and patient, anticipating her emotional and physical needs
