About who needs care: Sufferred major stroke 1 month ago. Lost all use of left arm, hand & leg. Some minor improvement (not much) with therepy. Hope for more improvement with continued therepy. About the care needs: Able to help lift from bed-to-wheelchair-to-toilet-to-shower-back-to-wheelchair, etc. Assistance with physical & occupational therepy exercises. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
