About who needs care: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, experienced in-home caregiver to provide dedicated care for my mother, a senior adult in her mid-80s, who has early-onset dementia and type 2 diabetes. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care. This role requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and able to provide routine care while offering encouragement and support when needed.
