56-year-old Quadrapalegic patient with Spinal Muscular Atrophy in need of caregiver to fill in on my primary caregiver's days off. Looking for a candidate who is able to work over a three day timeframe with an evening from 3-11 p.m. and two days from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3-11 p.m. with possible overnight stays. We can help you become both. Position requires fingerprinting and background check (Live Scan). I would also have the caregiver get paid through the SurePay system that I use for payroll. I have a Hoyer Lift and a specially equipped van with ramp and EZ lock for easy transport. I also have a tracheostomy tube which needs care.
