Need to be picked up at our house, driven to dental appointment, taken into dental office and brought back home after appointment About the care needs: Need to be able to assist immobile person in getting in and out of car, putting him in wheelchair, and wheeling him to second floor of dentist office via elevator. Needs to be brought home again. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
