Morning Shift: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Evening Shift: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 Caregiver Responsibilities: 1. Diaper Changing: Check diaper for any signs of wetness or soiling. Change diaper promptly to maintain comfort and prevent skin irritation. Gently clean the patient's skin with wipes or a soft cloth and apply skin barrier cream to prevent rashes. 2. Sponge Bath: Morning & Evening: If the patient prefers a sponge bath over a full shower, prepare warm water, mild soap, and a soft washcloth. Gently wash the patient's face, arms, legs, and body, ensuring all areas are cleaned properly but with respect for their privacy and dignity. 3. Dressing: Assist with dressing in clean, comfortable, and appropriate clothing. 4. Feeding: Assist the patient in eating. Offer water or other preferred fluids to keep the patient hydrated.
