I need a companion care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 80s. We're looking for someone to stay overnight in her home so the hours would be 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. She needs very little care at night so provider would be able to sleep in her home during their stays. Preferences for a female caregiver who is a non-smoker. The site requires an hourly rate but we would prefer to negotiate a flat amount per stay.
