Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Berkeley

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my loved one in their 80s who is mostly paralyzed. We would prefer someone who is familiar with a hoyer lift, though training is available. The night shift includes bathing, positioning for bed, bowel/bladder care if necessary, medication administration (pills), ensuring water glasses are filled, and anything else that is needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. As well, someone who is kind and patient.
