Hands-on Care Needed For Freshman Student

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver, starting ASAP for a fun loving 18-year-old freshman with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), who uses a power wheelchair. Responsibilities include assisting with morning routines: hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and transferring to wheelchair, toilet, and bath chair. Help gather materials for the day, ensuring readiness for classes. Once set up, self-sufficient, with only a mid-day bathroom break required. You MUST be fit and able to lift at least 120lbs or be trained in the Hoyer Lift. MUST be on time; he cannot be late for classes. MUST be an IHSS provider, or willing to register.
