Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Ben Lomond

About who needs care: It's for both, Bob and Kathi. Kathi is still in the hospital having literally just now undergone hip surgery to address massive infection to hip replacement. She has an underlying heart condition and is a fall risk. Bob has dementia (early stages?) having survived a heart attack last year but never fully recovered. He has severe balance issues and is a fall risk. They are marginally mobile. They need help with cleaning, care taking, going to doctors appointments, grocery shopping, medication management, laundry. I need immediate help getting Bob to Mills Peninsula Hospital so he can see Kathi and we can bring him back home again. About the care needs: Patience and experience with dementia. They have 2 dogs, one large one medium sized so someone comfortable around animals is important. They also have 2 cats but the cats are very independent. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
