About who needs care: She falls, legs don't pick up, she's had both shoulders surgical repaired, has broken her wrist l. She can shower on her own. She will watch TV, read & cook for her self (risky). Using a walker now. Her knee swells. Goes out using taxi services to dr apps and rx pick up when necessary . She needs help with her few errands About the care needs: Spanish speaking but not necessary as her husband was British? She likes to have conversations but won't always listen to you. She will change subject if she loses interest. Likes to try different nutritious foods, watch scheduled TV programs. She may need help getting out of bed or assistance out of the shower, she can't clean her home like she used to, but can do a small loads of laundry & dust, needs hrlp with trash day pickup. Trust is everything to her as people have tried to take advantage of her for rides that's why she uses taxi services. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
