About who needs care: Has Alzheimer's but very mobile. He need to have someone with a car drive him to church and stay with him there. He like to go out for lunch afterwards and then go for a brisk walk. Play pool or puzzles together after a brief rest. About the care needs: Be able to walk up and down hills. Able to direct or guide him in social church situation. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
