Seeking a caring and patient caregiver for Diane, 81, a former artist and town official, who lives in her apartment. Diane has Alzheimer's and vision impairment, requiring support with daily living. Responsibilities: - Medication reminders - Light meal prep and clean-up (e. g. check for forgotten items in the microwave) - Assistance with safe navigation - Light housekeeping, including cleaning up messes and rescuing family photos and artifacts from her "organization projects" - Cat care - Advancing the laundry - Observing and reporting any concerns Diane can dress, bathe, and feed herself and recognizes family. She previously lived with her husband, who has dementia and is in a care home. This is a part-time position; another caregiver covers other days.
