About the job
We am looking for help with our 74 yo moderate dementia man and our early stage dementia 74yo mom. Help with medication, reminder to shower (maybe support), running errands and doctor appts, light cleaning of fridge, bathrooms, laundry. Would be great to prepare light meals from time to time. An ideal day would include walking their dog, lunch in Murphys or White Pines lake, heading home to watch the Giants game. Their interests include going on walks, cooking, gardening, listening to music on their deck with a glass of wine. We're looking for someone who is able to go with the flow. They are social, but with their dementia they sometimes need to be alone or get extremely anxious. So aware and sensitive of that. Our family includes one small dog.
