Help needed for my mother in her 70s - seeking full-time care, but can also consider part-time. Live-in can be considered. The ideal match will meet the requirements below.
She is independent/mobile, so does NOT need help with bathing, dressing, etc. Instead, it's more medication management, accountability for brain games and physical exercise, support with meal preparation (she cooks) to support her diabetes.
Majority of the role is a motivational coach to push her/hold her accountable + providing companionship and social interaction. Prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (dishes, kitchen clean up, organization, etc.). Part of your responsibilities will include running errands and taking her to doc appts, so must have a license. Preferences for a caregiver who is female and non-smoker.
Patience and compassion are a must!
