About who needs care: My husbands Parkinsons has made a dramatic downward turn. I would like someone to allow me to have one or two nights sleep. Also a day or two to allow me to get things done around the house. He is still quite active but unsteady at times and falls frequently. His hobbies include cars and old movies.
