About who needs care: Mild memory impairment. Still able to function with ADL's and driving. Has issues organizing calendars and completing complex tasks such as meal prep and cooking. Likes to play Mahjong with a group of ladies in the area. About the care needs: Must be attentive, kind, and allow client to do as much for herself as possible, as dealing with her memory issue and her need for assistance is quite troubling for her. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
