About who needs care: I am 58 years old male. Ssdi and have no transportation. Uneducated and clean cut not in a wheelchair and in independent. But I need ride Tonopah Arizona to Buckeye AZ once every week or so for a grocery shopping and flexible on days and I also need transportation tune from medical appointments once every week or so which could range from Goodyear, to downtown Phoenix, to Sun City West. It may vary but it'll only be a few times a month period along with grocery shopping one time month period for my home to Buckeye AZ. And back. About the care needs: Just anybody who is responsible and Dependable speaks English and will be available with the several days notice for a doctor's appointments and or going grocery shopping. Total amount of time would be anywhere from three to five rides a month and that would be able to work around your schedule to a certain degree if I know what your schedule is in advance. I am somewhat flexible I just don't have transportation I need groceries once or twice a month along with rides to and from medical appointments again probably once or twice a month. Services needed include: transportation.
