Companionship And Care For Dad

My siblings and I are looking for someone to come in and provide companionship, and light housekeeping, laundry and meal prep for our 81-year-old father who lives on his own in Tombstone, Arizona. He can ambulate with a walker and surprisingly can still drive. He just mostly needs companionship and someone to help him around the house and shopping and errands and meal prep. We are new to this so we'd like to start out 3 days a week with the possibility of 5 eventually. He is a very pleasant man that likes to be as independent as possible and doesn't really think he needs help , so it would be nice if you could offer to do things even if he doesn't ask. All of his children live in other states , so we are not close by to do anything. But myself, my brother and my sister call him daily and check on him and we have offered to bring him to our homes but he is stubborn about wanting to stay in his own home.
