About who needs care: Dad needs help transferring to his wheelchair and with his daily cares including shaving, showering, dressing and toileting. He has Parkinson's and dementia. He enjoys talking about sports and westerns. About the care needs: Dad is tall and will need someone that can help transfer him and be understanding as his Parkinson's progresses. He likes talking about sports and watching westerns on tv. My mom will he in house usually, but we would like to help lighten her load by having someone to do Dad's care in the morning. As things progress, we may need full-time care. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
