Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Tempe

We need hands-on care for my father in Tempe. Early Dementia & lack of balance, wheelchair & minimal walker use. Needs assistance with transfer to bed/wheelchair/restroom, can stand and take steps, but always with assistance. Must be comfortable with restroom care and bathing as needed. Duties will include recording some medical stats (BP, HR, O2, BM), administering and monitoring medications along with snacks/meals (some meal prep occasionally needed), daily exercise, light housekeeping, provide companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Rinse and repeat.
