About who needs care: Working through a debilitating episode of back pain with sciatica. Need help with basic household chores. Shopping, house cleaning, laundry, other tasks required involve lifting and bending. Hope this would be short term help requiring minimal hours per week. About the care needs: No just someone who is fit and empathetic. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
