About who needs care: D. is 95 years old, he weights about 190lbs. D. needs help with transfers, using bathroom and ADL. He take daily medication, morning afternoon and night. Our caregiver needs to be able to transfer safely into and put of bed. Be on-time to shifts as we need someone to help with ADL as his wife L. cannot transfer him herself. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
