About who needs care: My mother needs assistance with light housekeeping, meals, rides to doctors, and companionship. She is currently dealing with an acute back issue that prevents her from doing a lot of physical movement. About the care needs: Most importantly is that the caregiver has a good sense of humor and is patient. My mother likes to talk and share her views. She is mentally very sharp but is isolated from others. She also has a mature dog that she cherishes (border collie).
