Live-In Caregiver, 3 Days/wk, $2500/mnth & Private Apartment W/ Expenses Paid

Looking for a live-in-caregiver to provide daily assistance approx. 3 days/week (Sat, Sun, Mon) plus some errands/help during the week. Other caregivers provide coverage other days. My mom needs assistance with all ADLs - meal prep, taking blood pressure, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers Caregiver must be physically capable of safely transferring an approx. 140 lb woman w/ gait belt. Compensation: (a) $2500/mnth in W2 pay as wkly salary, (b) PTO & sick time, (c) covered living expenses including private furnished 540 sq ft apartment w/ private entrance, full kitchen & w/d, (d) paid utilities (electric, water, internet, streaming TV), (e) supplied groceries, (f) private 7x6 storage unit, (g) provided cell, (h) auto repair allowance. When pay & living expenses combined, feels like $80k/yr.
