I'm looking for hands-on care for my father, Ken (73). He has struggled with depression but with encouragement and support, when he starts his day on the right note he does much better. We are looking for someone who can visit him in the morning (he just moved to independent living in Scottsdale), encourage him to get out of bed and through his morning routine (shower, shave, get dressed) and get down to breakfast served in the dining hall. He is physically capable but requires the firm encouragement and accountability of someone else to get his day started and get through these daily tasks. We are ideally looking for 2 hours a day, starting around 8 a.m. (timing is flexible), 6 days a week to help with the above. Looking for enthusiasm, compassion, and firmness. Please share your experience. Happy to answer questions. Thank you!
