Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Scottsdale

We need hands-on care to take care of my grandmother in Scottsdale. She recently broke 4 ribs and broke her hip. She had surgery after Christmas and just got home from her stay in a SNF. She needs assistance with ADLs, getting out of bed, transfers, assistance with going to the bathroom, dressing/undressing, and hygiene care. She also needs to be given her medication on a strict schedule. IMPORTANT: my grandmother suffers from dementia. She lives with my grandfather but he is unable to assist due to macular degeneration and he can't really hear. It is IMPERATIVE that whoever applies for this job has experience with dementia as this has been an issue with our current care team.
