Seeking Part Time Senior Care Provider In Scottsdale

We need senior care provider with experience with dementia. Our care concerns are: Medication management , Light Housekeeping, light meal prep, Companionship, Errands / Shopping. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments, shopping trips, lunch and whatever activity mom feels like doing it or you plan on doing it with her to get her out of the house. We would like a self starter, proactive person who can manage the needs as it comes, keep an eye on mom and keep us updated.
