About who needs care: He has late-stage prostate cancer and is at risk for falls due to increasing fragility. He likes to go to church and very interested in the weather. He is sleeping more and taking it easy most days. He is still driving but probably should not be, so it would be good if we could try to have someone introduce picking up groceries for him, etc. About the care needs: Someone who is comfortable making small talk that may be redundant in nature.
