Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Scottsdale

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 90s. My mother is a kind sweet woman who is easy to manage. She is in the late stage of dementia; she spends most of her time resting but does like to talk some of the time. I will be assisting with any moving around. Responsibilities include feeding and toileting. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
