Looking for a kind and understanding provider with experience to provide care for my 76-year-old father who has had a stroke. Must be able to assist with transfers from bed to chair, etc. as he can not stand or walk on his own. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Changing/Bathing//Dressing as needed. Meal assistance, Companionship. Assistance with medication and physical therapy visits.
