Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Scottsdale

I am seeking hands-on care for my mother, who is in her 90s. She is mobile, enjoys conversations, and loves to laugh, but she thrives on routine. As long as her routine remains consistent, she is happy and functional. Responsibilities include assisting with medication, light housekeeping, personal care (including feeding on her bad days), and preparing breakfast and lunch. I handle dinner and enjoy having the caregiver join us for the meal if they would like. The role also involves providing companionship and social interaction. Familiarity with operating an Apple TV is preferred. We walk twice a day around our one-acre property, weather permitting. Additionally, we prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and trained in CPR/first aid.
