Rest/Lunch/ activity/ rest/ dinner/ bedtime. About the care needs: Someone who is very detail oriented and friendly and quiet. She needs someone to assist when she has a hard time ambulating, someone to assist with ADLs. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
