About the job
We go out of town on some weekends and we like someone to check on mom when we are gone. That part of the job is periodic. You would make sure she takes meds and has eaten. She moves well in a wheelchair & can cook. We make sure there is plenty to eat. The regular part of the job is to assist her in showering once or twice a week. Perfect Flexible Part Time Job several days a week around your schedule. About the care needs: Mom is easy to talk to (a bit hard of hearing but she has hearing aids) and just likes some company. She does need assistance showering, just basically help getting in and out of shower stall twice a week. Otherwise, she just likes and ear for an hour or so to chat. Services include: companionship, very lite occasional food prep, & bathing/dressing. We do have dogs so you must be comfortable with them. Start ASAP.
