Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In San Tan Valley

About who needs care: She is 90% blind, but gets around the house and out back herself, to smoke. Sometimes forgetful about things. She cannot make any meals or get herself anything to drink. Fairly good at dressing herself. In her room most the time listening to the tv. Basically looking for someone to be here with her a couple or so hours a day, a couple or more days a week, so that I can grocery shop and run errands, et cetera. About the care needs: My mother has a bit of dementia, therefore, this person would mostly be sitting around, could read or watch tv, or converse with her. I am afraid to be gone to long and leave her here alone. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
