Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Queen Creek

About who needs care: Father has moderate Alzheimer's and has recently been treated in Skilled Nursing and Rehab to regain some mobility after an illness over Christmas holidays. He's returning to sister's home and needs reminders and assistance with dressing, bathing, bathroom usage. He can feed himself. He needs help getting up the stairs, he uses a walker, he needs prompting and help walking to remain active and mobile. He needs a companion to talk with, to play games and socialize. He likes to watch Westerns on TV. Most important is someone to get him up walking and moving around. There is a heated swimming pool at the home as well, with a sturdy railing so if someone could even get him into the pool to swim, keeping him mobile and active is very important. About the care needs: Our father is not very outgoing, someone to encourage him to communicate, get up and walk, play games with him, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
