Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Queen Creek-Weekly

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. She has Parkinson's and is mostly in bed. She enjoys listening to books, watching, tv, and chatting about all sorts of topics. Every Thursday, 6am-6 p.m. (two Thursdays per month paid from the agency, two Thursdays per month paid in cash by us) Every other Saturday, 7am-3 p.m. (paid by agency-we need someone willing to do both so we can use ins. ***Working out Tuesdays, but we are thinking 5-6 hours every Tuesday morning, paid in cash.
