Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Queen Creek

About who needs care: "Nona" was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and has a handful of other medical issues. Husband of 50 years passed away in 2020 so she lives by herself in our casita. We are looking for a qualified person to take some of the burden off our family related to taking care of Nona. A few hours a day to make sure she is on task with her medicine, appointments, etc. as well as some companionship. Evenings may or may not be needed but primarily for companionship. About the care needs: We would appreciate someone who is optimistic and friendly, willing to carry on a conversation on a range of topics, willing to play cards or games or just hang out while watching TV. Also would help to have a caregiver with experience taking care of someone with Parkinson's to help us understand which of her current personality/medical issues may be a result of the condition/medicines. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
