Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Phoenix

About who needs care: My sister has dementia and a problem with wanting pot and alcohol. (like 3 beer and a couple of joints) She lives with her husband who is 79 years old. She has back surgery next week and will have to recover from that in bed. She's lost 15 lbs in the last few months and It's hard for us to get her to eat. She's obsessed with my other sister and calls 4 times a day to try to come down because she wants to smoke with her which is upsetting to her. My sister (the one without dementia) does not get along with her husband. so I am acting as a mediator between all of us. Dementia sister does nothing except sleep and tries to find ways to get weed and alcohol. I believe she watchs tv too. She seems very normal when you talk to her, but she is very unhappy and claims her husband yells at her. About the care needs: A female would probably be best. My sister was a nurse for 40 years. She used to garden and draw and paint. She has traveled much with her husband all over the world. The care that I think she needs is a person to clean her bathroom and clean the living room, cook and engage with her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
