About who needs care: Grandmother is diabetic and in kidney failure. Goes to dialysis 3 times a week and needs medical transport to facility. Cannot walk on her own, needs bathroom assistance, bathing assistance and meal prep. Sleeps most of day but needs to use the restroom or to be moved in bed about once an hour. About the care needs: CNA's or Registered Nurses only since she has diabetic needs. Several years of elderly care experience preferred. Kind and patient with a good sense of humor. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
