Companion Care Needed For My Husband In Phoenix

About who needs care: My husband has Alzheimer's Disease, middle stage. Unable to prepare meals but still feeds himself. Can get dressed, but sometimes needs assistance (shirt on backward, shoes wrong feet). Mostly needs companionship. I work from home, but am online all day, so he is alone. Not able to do normal task and I'm struggling to find hobbies for him. Some challenges with communication, he can't find the right words. About the care needs: He has some anxiety, He needs someone who is very calm and patient. He would like to take walks. He love music, use to play guitar but hasn't done so in awhile. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
