About who needs care: I'm 87, Deb is almost 73. We both have health issues, but require little outside assistance. Primarily we need normal domestic assistance, such as some food prep, laundry, cleaning, tidying, and errands. We prefer having our privacy most of the time. We will require some flexibility to accommodate doctor appointments and such. About the care needs: A sense of humor would be nice ... and flexibility. Normal housekeeping skills with attention to cleanliness. Familiarity with modern appliances. A decent driving record too. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
