Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Mesa

About who needs care: My mother, Ann is an amazing women and just needs a friend and someone to help her with things sometimes. My sister used to live there, but unexpectedly she died April 2024, her husband died 2011. I live in Long Beach, CA. I am looking for someone who is patient and can help with her iphone from time to time. I have tried to get her to keep a ledger and a password book, but I have to be sitting with her when she does it. She has 2 cats and 1 dog (they were my sister's cat and dog). If someone could walk the dog a couple times a week that would be amazing. She needs someone to hold the leash, as she may not be able to hold on. Someone around 40ish or older who can relate to her, but not make her "feel old". Services needed include: errands / shopping, light housekeeping, possible laundromat and companionship.
