Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Mesa

About who needs care: We are still in the information gathering phase, but my dad has a stroke a couple years ago and now has limited physical ability. His wife is also ailing and recently has stopped cooking, so we're looking for help with meals, and keeping the house clean, and maybe some help with taking walks or encouraging movement. We'd like to build a relationship with someone who can ramp up as needs arise in the future, as both me and my brother live far away and are growing concerned at the lack of support for my dad and his wife. About the care needs: positive energy, quietly encouraging, not overly chatty yet friendly, enjoys cooking, likes dogs (they have a dog they can no longer walk), good communicator Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
